Sushi Bake Rice
Cook 2 cups of rice and spread it out evenly on a baking tray.

Rest for 30 minutes and cook until fluffy. Meanwhile lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or glass baking dish. Sprinkle furikake evenly over the top. Spread crab shrimp mixture over the cooked rice.
